Light and Dark
So… lately I’ve been thinking deeply about the conceptual side of my art.
I’ve been exploring darker themes — the shadow, the hidden, the wounded parts of the self. But true integration work asks for balance: light and dark, masculine and feminine, anima and animus, and every polarity in between.
Healing happens when these opposites are acknowledged and brought into harmony rather than denied.
So I’ve decided to bring that balance into my creative process. For every dark painting, I will also explore the light. For every broken heart, I want to uncover the part that is meant to heal, evolve, and transform through love, forgiveness, compassion, and transmutation into something whole again.
Food for thought…
